长治市城中村改造问题探析 —以城区为例

Problem of the Transformation of Villages in Changzhi—In Urban Area

摘要: “城中村”改造有利于推进工业化、城市化和城郊新农村建设的进程。通过对长治市城中村改造现状进行了调查，通过问卷调查城中村家庭基本情况，以及村容村貌与村民生活的影响和改造政策等，得出城中村改造过程中可能会遇到的问题是拆迁补偿、社保及回迁安置问题等。并为更好地进行城中村改造，给出了在政策和就业两方面的合理建议。

Abstract: “Villages in City” will help promote the process of industrialization, urbanization and suburban New Rural Construction. Through surveys on the current situation of urban renewal in Changzhi City, the questionnaire survey of the basic conditions of family members in Chengzhong Village, the influence of the village’s appearance and villagers’ lives, and the reform policy, etc., this paper has concluded that the problems that may be encountered during the transformation of Chengzhong Village are: demolition compensation, social security and resettlement problems. In order to better carry out the transformation of the village in the middle of the city, we gave reasonable suggestions on policies and employment.
