中美众筹三方主体行为特征对比及对我国的启示

The Comparison of the Platform, Sponsors and Investors of Chinese and American Public Financing and the Enlightenment to China

摘要: 众筹融资是互联网金融下的新产品，是个人和小微企业发展的动力。本文综述了美国和中国众筹融资的发展现状及存在问题，并试图通过对比美国和中国众筹融资过程中的发起人、跟投人以及筹资平台三方的心理和行为方面的差别，进一步重新认识和审慎思考众筹思想的本质以及众筹融资在我国的可行方案，为众筹融资方式在我国更好地发展提供借鉴。

Abstract: Public financing is a new product of the Internet Banking and a driving force for the development of individuals and small and micro enterprises. This thesis analyzes the development status and existing problems of domestic and American public financing, and tries to analyze the differences be-tween the psychological and behavioral aspects of the Chinese and American financing platform, sponsors, and investors. Furthermore, this paper calls for us to further understand and carefully consider the essence and the feasible solution of the public financing. Last, the article provides reference for the development of public financing in China.
