Research on Training Mode of Innovation Ability of Minority Students in Computer Information Management Specialty of Adult Colleges and Universities with “Ability-Oriented and Project-Oriented”

摘要: 简述了成人高校计算机信息管理专业学生创新能力培养的必要性和紧迫性，通过对创新能力培养中存在的问题以及学生的思想和学习状况的现状分析，本文进行了计算机信息管理专业民族学生创业能力培养有效途径的研究，并提出“能力为本、项目导向”的计算机信息管理专业民族学生创新能力培养模式。

Abstract: The necessity and urgency of cultivating the innovative ability of students majoring in Computer Information Management in adult colleges and universities are briefly described. By analyzing the existing problems in the cultivation of innovative ability and the status quo of students’ thinking and learning, the paper studied the effective ways of cultivating students and put forward the cultivation mode of innovative ability of minority students in Computer Information Management specialty of “ability-oriented and project-oriented”.
