Perioperative Nursing Experience of Sun’s Operation in 23 Patients with Stanford Type A Aortic Dissection

摘要: 目的：探讨如何提高急性A型主动脉夹层患者围术期护理质量。方法：2013.11至今23例A型主动脉夹层行孙氏手术患者的护理，对其资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果：23例患者在全麻低温体外循环下实施手术治疗，19例患者康复出院，术后死亡4例。结论：良好围手术期患者护理，可减少患者并发症及死亡率，使患者尽早投入正常工作、生活当中。

Abstract: Objective: To explore how to improve the quality of perioperative nursing in patients with acute type A aortic dissection. Methods: Twenty-three patients with A-type aortic dissection undergoing Sun surgery since November 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Twenty-three patients underwent surgery under hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass with general anesthesia. Nineteen of the twenty-three cases were cured and discharged from hospital; four patients died post-operatively. Conclusion: Good perioperative nursing can reduce the complication and mortality of patients, so that patients can be put into normal work and life as soon as possible.
