青少年个案工作本土实践困境与模式整合—基于H项目的行动反思

The Local Practice Dilemma and Pattern Integration of Juvenile Case Work—Based on Action Reflection of H Project

摘要: 本文以笔者在H项目中的实习经历为背景，采用行动研究的方法从两个维度探讨了青少年个案工作本土实践困境：一是实务过程困境；二是结构性困境。通过对本土实践困境分析，作者进一步反思了青少年个案工作的本土化问题，认为青少年个案工作理论与本土实践模式二者之间可以在工作原则、工作方法、工作程序以及工作者的角色四个方面实现整合。

Abstract: Based on the author’s practice of teenagers case work in H project, the paper discussed the di-lemma of the local practice of juvenile case work from two dimensions by adopting the method of action research: one is the dilemma of practice process; the other is the structural difficulties. By analyzing the plight of local practice, the author further reflects the localization problem of juvenile case work, and thinks that the integration between juvenile case work theory and domestic practice mode can be achieved in four aspects: working principle, working method, procedure and the role of workers.
