“理论物理”课程融合建设的探索
Exploration of Integrating Construction of “Theoretical Physics” Curriculum
摘要: 在微电子学与固体电子学学科相关的本科专业教学体系中,基础理论物理如量子力学、统计物理、固体物理等内容的教学,对学生系统掌握本学科的专业知识非常重要。本文结合天津大学电子科学与技术专业的专业基础课程“理论物理”建设过程,探讨了专业基础课程融合建设的思路与可行性。
Abstract: In the teaching program of microelectronics and solid-state electronics related undergraduate majors, the basic theoretical physics such as quantum mechanics, statistical physics, solid-state physics, are playing important roles in the fundamental construction of professional knowledge. In this article, the concept and possibility of integration construction of basic professional curri-cula are discussed on the basis of construction process of basic professional curriculum of “Theoretical physics” in the major of electronic science and technology of Tianjin University.
