摘要: 方法是一门学科发展的工具，心理学自诞生以来发展出了各种各样的方法，极大地促进了心理学的健康发展。与此同时，如何对它们进行系统的分类、以便于研究者把握和应用，就成了一个必须解决的问题。在梳理了传统的分类系统之后，发现当前的分类体系存在很大的混乱。针对这样的混乱，通过归纳分析法，指出了混乱的原因在于，不同的研究方法的层次是不一样的。由此，经过对综合性研究方法进行分割整合，提出了新的分类系统，以帮助研究者更好的把握和运用心理学研究方法。

Abstract: Methodology is a tool for the development of psychology. Since the birth of psychology, various methods have been developed, which have greatly promoted the healthy development of psychology. At the same time, how to classify them systematically, so that researchers can grasp and apply them, has become a problem that must be solved. After sorting out the traditional classification system, the study found that the current classification system is in great confusion. Through inductive analysis, the study points out that the reason for the confusion is that the levels of different research methods are different. Thus, through the segmentation and integration of comprehensive research methods, a new classification system is proposed to help researchers better grasp and apply psychological research methods.
