带状疱疹病毒性脑膜脑炎误诊为颅内肿瘤1例及文献复习

Herpes Zoster Virus Meningoencephalitis Misdiagnosed as Intracranial Tumor: A Case Report and Literature Review

摘要: 带状疱疹是一种常见的病毒感染性疾病，由水痘-带状疱疹病毒导致，表现为沿着神经支配区分布的红斑、水泡和神经痛。近年来带状疱疹发病率呈上升趋势，多发生于老年人及免疫缺陷患者，其中很少部分患者可出现脑膜脑炎，容易漏诊及误诊。有报道普通人群中带状疱疹中枢神经系统感染的发病率为3/100,000左右。疱疹病毒性脑膜脑炎出现明显影像学异常的较少见，多累及额颞叶，今报道一例主要累及顶叶的类似颅内肿瘤的带状疱疹病毒性脑膜脑炎。

Abstract: Herpes zoster is a common viral infectious disease caused by varicella-zoster virus, which is char-acterized by erythema, blisters and neuralgia distributed along the innervation area. Most of them occur in the elderly and immunodeficient patients, and very few of them have meningeal encepha-litis (meningoencephalitis). It has been reported that the incidence of herpes zoster central nervous system infection in the general population is about 3/100,000. There are rare cases of herpes viral meningitis with obvious imaging abnormality, which mostly involve frontotemporal lobe. This paper reports a case of herpes zoster virus meningitis (HSV) mainly involving intracranial tumors in parietal lobe.
