面向研究生创新能力培养的多元混合教学模式与建设方案—以企业管理专业为例

Research on the Multiple Mixed Teaching Mode and Construction Plan for the Postgraduate’s Creative Ability Cultivation—Taking the Business Management Major as an Example

摘要: 针对教学环节在研究生创新能力培养方面存在的问题，引入互联网时代线上和线下相结合的新型教学模式，分析了其在研究生创新能力培养方面的特点，在此基础上，面向研究生创新能力培养，以企业管理专业为例，提出了线上和线下相结合、知识讲授与案例讨论相结合、教师讲授与企业专家交流相结合、课堂学习与实践训练相结合、成绩评定多元化等多种教学模式相结合的研究生多元混合教学模式，并给出了三阶段建设方案。

Abstract: In view of the problems of teaching links in the postgraduate’s creative ability cultivation, the new teaching mode of combining online and offline in the Internet era is introduced in the paper and its characteristics in the cultivation of postgraduates’ innovative ability are analyzed. Based on the above, it is proposed for graduate students that a mixed teaching model combining online and offline, knowledge teaching and case discussion, teacher teaching and business experts telling, classroom learning and practical training combined with a variety of performance assessment and other diversification teaching modes. More importantly, a three-stage construction program is put forward.
