高效液相色谱法研究二氢齐墩果酸在人工胃液和肠液中的稳定性
Study on Stability of Dihydro Oleanolic Acid in Artificial Gastric Fluid and Intestinal Fluid by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
摘要:
高效液相色谱法研究测定二氢齐墩果酸在人工胃肠液中的稳定性。取二氢齐墩果酸溶液分别加入到人工胃液(pH 2)、人工肠液(pH 6.8)和未加胃蛋白酶的人工胃液、未加胰酶的人工肠液中,定时取样,测定不同时间内二氢齐墩果酸含量。结果发现,二氢齐墩果酸在4种溶液中的含量随时间的延长并没有明显改变,百分剩余率均在85%~115%,表明二氢齐墩果酸在人工胃、肠液中均比较稳定。建立的高效液相色谱检测方法能够满足测定人工胃液和肠液中稳定性的要求。
Abstract:
The stability of Dihydro Oleanolic Acid in Artificial Gastrointestinal Fluid is studied by High Per-formance Liquid Chromatography. Dihydrogen oleanolic acid solution was added to artificial gastric juice (pH 2), artificial intestinal fluid (pH 6.8) and artificial gastric juice without pepsin, artificial intestinal juice without pancreatin, and then samples were taken periodically to measure di-hydrogen at different times. The results showed that the content of dihydric oleanolic acid in the four solutions did not change significantly with the extension of time; the remaining percentage were 85% - 115%, indicating that dihydro-oleanolic acid in the artificial stomach, intestinal fluid are more stable. The establishment of HPLC detection method can meet the determination of arti-ficial gastric juice and intestinal fluid stability requirements.
