玻璃镀银高导电硅橡胶导电粉体填量最佳配合比研究
Study on the Optimum Mixing Ratio of High Conductive Silicone Rubber Conductive Powder with Glass Silver Plating

导电硅橡胶是在硅橡胶中填充导电颗粒通过高温硫化而形成的导电材料,可广泛用于抗电磁干扰密封和环境密封等场合。导电橡胶具有导电性能、抗屏蔽性能、耐高低温性能。本文通过采用玻璃镀银颗粒制备体电阻率达到10
−2 Ω∙cm级的高导电硅橡胶,并对高导电橡胶的导电性能和力学性能进行了测试分析。试验表明,混炼胶与玻璃镀银粉的最佳配合比范围是1:2.33~1:2.58。
Abstract:
Conductive silicone rubber is conductive material filled with conductive particles in silicone rubber, which is formed by high temperature vulcanization. It can be widely used in such fields as electromagnetic interference, sealing and environmental seal. The conductive rubber has electrical conductivity, anti shielding performance and high and low temperature resistance. In this paper, high conductivity silicone rubber with a bulk resistivity of 10−2 cm is prepared by using silver plated glass particles. The conductive and mechanical properties of high conductive rubber are tested and analyzed. The test shows that the optimum mixing ratio of mixed compound with glass silver plating powder is 1:2.33 - 1:2.58.
