摘要: 资金贯穿于企业生产经营的全过程。如何加快资金回收，控制资金支出，保持一个合理的存量资金，不断提高资金使用的有效性是一直在探讨的课题。结合公司资金管理特点，针对资金管理过程中遇到的问题，提出对应的解决措施。

Abstract: Funds run through the whole process of enterprise production and operation. How to speed up the recovery of funds, control the expenditure of funds, maintain a reasonable stock of funds, and continuously improve the effectiveness of using the funds was a topic that has been discussed. Combined with the features of funds management in the company, and in allusion to the problems in funds management, corresponding measures are proposed the solution.
