Connotation of Safety Management in Jiujiang Shield Construction from the Promotion of HSE System

摘要: 随着HSE管理体系在中国石油天然气集团有限公司的全面实施，其指导作用和实用价值越来越受到管理层重视。西气东输二线长江盾构工程严格按照HSE管理体系要求认真执行，其安全管理经验与杜邦公司八项安全管理理念不谋而合。两种管理理念有机融合，大大提高了施工人员的安全意识和素质，促使长江盾构项目部安全、优质、高效的完成了施工任务，并保障项目和企业安全管理的长期稳定。

Abstract: With the overall implementation of HSE management system in CNPC, its guiding role and practical value were paid more and more attention by management levels. The Second West-east Gas Pipeline Project of Yangtze River Shield strictly followed the requirements of HSE Management System and seriously implemented. The safety management experience was coincided with DuPont’s eight safety management concepts. With the organic integration of the two management concepts, it greatly improves the safety awareness and quality of construction workers, promotes the safety, quality and efficiency of the completion of the project construction of Yangtze River Shield Project, and guarantees the long-term stability of safety management for the project and enterprise.
