摘要: 介绍了小断面盾构工程施工项目签证索赔相关概念及方式方法，并简要阐述了项目索赔原因、索赔现状分析、项目管理人员如何提高签证索赔意识、如何建立签证索赔组织机构和策略等，以期为广大施工项目经营管理人员提供借鉴。

Abstract: The related concept and method of visa claim for construction of small section shield project were introduced, and the reasons for the project claims, the analysis of present situation of claims, how to improve the consciousness of visa claims and how to establish the organization and tactics of visa claims were briefly explained. It provides reference for the vast number of construction project management personnel.
