On Hegel’s Marital Ethics View and Its Contemporary Significance

摘要: 黑格尔从法哲学的层面论述了婚姻是具有法的形式和自然基础的伦理性的精神实体。婚姻在本质上是身体性、物质性、情绪性的伦理性的统一。婚姻的伦理确证是通过婚姻的自为形式——婚礼来展现。黑格尔关于婚姻的伦理性和法哲学分析，对于反思当下社会的诸多婚姻问题有重要的启迪意义。

Abstract: Hegel discusses from the perspective of legal philosophy that marriage is a spiritual entity that has the form of law and the ethical foundation of nature. Marriage is essentially the ethical unity of physical, material, and emotional. The ethical confirmation of marriage is demonstrated through the form of marriage—the wedding. Hegel’s analysis of the ethical nature and legal philosophy of marriage has an important enlightening significance for reflecting on many marital issues in the society.
