国际EPC石油工程中的属地化文控管理

Localized Management in Document Control for International EPC Petroleum Project

摘要: 文件管控记录着国际EPC (engineering procurement construction)石油工程的全部执行活动。为了更加节约及高效地管理文控工作，使用属地化员工成为国际化的必然趋势。系统阐述了属地化管理的定义，分析了属地文控管理的优势和不足，提出了属地文控管理的措施，即优化文控管理制度，增加更多专业文控知识及岗位培训，强化属地人员自我管理，与属地人员充分沟通。

Abstract: Document control recorded the whole implementing activities of international EPC petroleum engineering. In order to manage document control more and more economically and efficiently, the application localized employees became the inexorable trend of internationalization. In this paper, the definition of localized management was systematically described, the advantages and shortcomings of localized document control were analyzed and measures for the localized document control were proposed, that is, optimizing the system for the localized document control, more increase in professional literacy for document control and job training, strengthening the self-management of localized employees, and providing a full communication with the localized employees.
