Abstract: Brucellosis is a kind of serious infectious disease caused by a special coli called brucella from animal to human. Its clinical manifestation is complex and not typical, the clinical doctor should combine with clinical manifestations of patients, repeatedly cross-examine contact history from livestock, blood and bone marrow examination for Bacterial culture as soon as possible, and avoid misdiagnosis; early diagnosis should be timely treatment.
