摘要: 介绍了全面风险管理概念，阐述了石油管道施工企业全面风险管理的重要性。结合石油管道施工A企业在全面风险管理中的实践，提出做好全面风险管理的5项对策，为其他石油管道施工企业进行全面风险管理提供了借鉴。
Abstract: In this paper, the concept of overall risk management was introduced, and the importance of overall risk management in petroleum pipeline construction enterprises was expounded. In combination with the overall risk management practice of A Company, five countermeasures of overall risk management are put forward, which provides reference for overall risk management in the other pipeline construction enterprises.
