欠发达地方高校信息化建设四阶段模式探讨

Discussion on the Four-Stage’s Mode for Informatization Construction of the Less Developed Areas’ Universities

摘要: 信息化是高校向教育现代化发展的关键过程。但我国高校信息化建设发展存在不平衡现象，欠发达地方高校信息化建设严重滞后于教育发展的需要。本文分析了欠发达地方高校信息化建设中的内外因素，结合欠发达地方高校的实际情况，特别是经费不足的情况，提出了基于改变观念，统一基础网络、统一应用平台，统一数据标准，面向使用协同建设的四阶段建设方案，一种在有限资金的投入下的信息化建设发展方案。

Abstract: The informatization of university is a crucial process for education modernization. But there exists asymmetric phenomenon in the construction and development of informatization of our country’s university. It is obvious that university of less developed areas can’t keep the same tune with the need for educational development in informatization. The thesis put forward the four-stage’s mode when analyzed the internal and external factors of informatization at university and combined with the actual situation in less developed areas. They are based on changing concepts, unified basic network, unified application platform, unified data standard, the synergistic construction of usage-oriented. It’s a development plan for information construction with limited fund.
