腹主动脉球囊阻断术在凶险性前置胎盘伴胎盘植入孕妇剖宫产术中的临床分析

摘要: 目的：探讨腹主动脉球囊阻断术在凶险性前置胎盘伴胎盘植入孕妇剖宫产术中的临床应用。方法：对2017年8月~2018年3月我院收治的25例凶险性前置胎盘伴胎盘植入患者在术前使用腹主动脉球囊阻断术，并对其临床效果进行分析。结果：25例患者术前均行腹主动脉球囊阻断术，术中出血少，止血效果好，无一例患者因产后出血行子宫切除术。结论：有剖宫产史的患者再次妊娠且合并凶险性前置胎盘伴胎盘植入时，手术中易发生难以控制的大出血；腹主动脉球囊阻断术是非常有效的治疗方法，在剖宫产术中能很好的减少出血，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical application of abdominal aortic balloon occlusion in caesarean section of pregnant women with placenta previa. Methods: A total of 25 patients with dangerous placental placenta with placenta in our hospital from August 2017 to March 2018 were treated with abdominal aortic balloon occlusion before surgery. And its clinical effect are analyzed. Results: All 25 patients underwent abdominal aortic balloon occlusion before surgery, Intraoperative hemorrhage, Good hemostasis, None of the patients underwent hysterectomy for postpartum hemorrhage. Conclusions: The patient with cesarean section is pregnant again and is combined with a dangerous preset placenta with placenta implantation. The operation is prone to uncontrolled bleeding. Abdominal aortic balloon blockage is a very effective treatment. It is good to reduce bleeding in cesarean section. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
