九香虫、黄粉虫、大麦虫可溶性蛋白质对比分析
Comparative Analysis of Soluble Proteins in Coridius chinensis, Tenebrio molitor and Zophobas atratus

对比九香虫,黄粉虫和大麦虫可溶性蛋白质含量。取三种昆虫脱水脱脂后的残渣,用考马斯亮蓝法测定可溶性蛋白的含量。结果提示:残渣中的可溶性蛋白含量,九香虫为112.83 mg/g,黄粉虫222.19 mg/g,大麦虫157.03 mg/g。三种昆虫的可溶性蛋白质含量都较高,三者中黄粉虫的残渣获取量及可溶性蛋白的含量都最高。因此,黄粉虫是很好的食用或饲用蛋白质的来源。
Abstract:
The soluble protein content of Coridius chinensis, Tenebrio molitor and Zophobas atratus was compared. The content of soluble protein was determined by Coomassie brilliant blue method. The results showed that the soluble protein content of Coridius chinensis is 112.83 mg/g, Tenebrio molitor 222.19 mg/g, and Zophobas atratus 157.03 mg/g. The soluble protein content of the three insects is higher, and Tenebrio molitor was the highest. Therefore, Tenebrio molitor is a good source of protein feed.
