热再生沥青混合料设计及应用
Design and Application of Hot Regenerated Asphalt Mixture
摘要:
针对厦蓉高速漳州段改扩建产生的大量RAP,本文采用马氏法进行了ATB-25再生沥青混合料的设计,设计结果显示:当RAP掺量在30%,最佳沥青含量为4.0%时,设计的再生混合料动稳定度4676次/mm,残留稳定度为85.1%,满足规范和设计的技术要求,并成功在厦蓉高速漳州段实体工程中得到了成功验证与应用。
Abstract:
In view of the large number of RAP produced in the reorganization and expansion of Zhangzhou section of Xiamen-Chengdou Expressway, the design of ATB-25 regenerated asphalt mixture by martensitic method is carried out in this paper. The design results show that when the content of RAP is 30% and the best asphalt content is 4%, the dynamic stability of recycled mixture is 4676 times/mm, and the residual stability is 85.1%, which meet the technical requirements of specification and design, and it has been successfully verified and applied in the solid project of Zhangzhou section of Xiamen-Chengdou Expressway.
