浅谈广州市社区居家养老服务与老年社会工作

A Brief Discussion on Community Home Care Service and Aged Society Work in Guangzhou

摘要: 广州市社区居家养老服务是以家庭为核心，以社区为依托，以专业化服务为主要形式，充分利用各类社区资源，为居家老年人提供的社会化服务。本文介绍了广州市居家养老服务的背景和发展现状，从三个维度阐释了老年社会工作在社区居家养老服务中发挥的作用，结合笔者调研的实际情况发现了广州市社区居家养老服务发展的困境。

Abstract: Community home care service in Guangzhou is home-centered and community-based. It recruits specialized service as a major form, utilizes a variety of community resources to provide socia-lized service for in-home senior citizens. This paper discussed background and developing situa-tion of in-home elder-care service in Guangzhou, and illustrated the role of aged society work on community in-home elder-care service from three dimensions. Combining with actually situations observed from on-site studies, the paper revealed difficulties in the development of community in-home elder-care service in Guangzhou.
