Study on the Construction of the Emergency Triage Information System

摘要: 目的：建立急诊预检分诊信息系统，增强急诊预检分诊的标准化和规范化，提高急危重患者预检分诊准确率、降低医疗风险，提高预检分诊质量。方法：利用先进的信息化技术，通过4G网络、无线互联网、集成构建急诊预检分诊信息系统管理框架、建立预检分诊系统模块、实现急诊预检分诊分级挂号。结果：通过预检分诊信息系统的建立优化了就医流程、缩短了预检分诊时间，确保医疗安全。结论：通过急诊预检分诊信息系统的建立，优化了服务流程、提高了分诊质量和准确率，大力推动了急诊医学信息化的发展。

Abstract: Objective: To establish emergency triage information system, enhance emergency triage stand-ardization, improve acute and critically ill patients triage accuracy, reduce medical risks and im-prove triage quality. Methods: By using of advanced information technology, the 4G network, wireless Internet, integrated construction of emergency triage management information system framework for the establishment of triage system module and implementation of emergency triage classification registration. Results: Through the pre establishment of the triage information system, optimize the treatment procedures and shorten the triage time to ensure medical safety. Conclusion: Through the establishment of emergency triage information system, it optimizes service processes, improves the quality and accuracy of diagnosis, and vigorously promotes the development of emergency medicine information.
