摘要: 本文从文化环境的视角,结合北京某市属高校大学英语教师创新团队的发展实践为例,对高校英语教师实践性知识建构问题进行了探讨。本研究从问题情境的激活与行动中反思两个层面分析了文化环境在教师实践性知识建构中的作用机制。物质文化环境为问题情境的激活提供基础性的条件支持及先在性的环境路径;制度文化环境和精神文化环境为行动中反思提供了务实的约束与保障,为教师实践性知识的建构提供了迷茫中的指引。
Abstract: From the perspective of cultural environment, based on the practical experience of developing excellent teams among college English teachers in Beijing Institute of Petrol-chemical technology, the present study tries to explore the significance and effective patterns of constructing university lecturers’ practical knowledge. The mechanism of how cultural environment works on the construction of teachers’ practical knowledge is analyzed combining the activation of problem situation and reflection in teaching practice. The material cultural environment provides the basic supports and well-prepared routes, while systematic and spiritual cultural environments offer the solid guarantee and binding interpretation, which effectively guides the process of constructing teachers’ practical knowledge.
