海归愈溃方辨治消化性溃疡探析

Exploration of Prescription “Haigui Yukui” for Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Based on Syndrome Differentiation

摘要: 本文简析了消化性溃疡的中医归属、病因病机、治疗原则以及“海归愈溃”方的组方特点和临床疗效。认为消化性溃疡的发病多与外邪侵袭、饮食不节、情志不遂、劳倦过度有关，具有脾胃虚弱为本，气滞、痰留、血瘀等邪实兼夹并现的病机特点。“海归愈溃”方具有益气温中，制酸止痛，活血愈溃，预防复发之功效，是一个补而不滞，温而不燥的治疗消化性溃疡的良方。

Abstract: In this paper, the disease type which peptic ulcer belongs to in traditional Chinese medicine theory, and its etiology, pathogenesis, treatment principles are analyzed and discussed, along with the group characteristics and clinical efficacy of the prescription “Haigui Yukui”. It is thought that the cause of peptic ulcer is related to external evil invasion, improper diet, emotional upset and overstrain, and its pathogenesis is characterized by the weakness of spleen and stomach, coupled with qi stagnation and phlegm and blood stasis. The prescription “Haigui Yukui” has beneficial effect on tonifying qi, warming the spleen and stomach, relieving hyperacidity and pain, invigorating blood circulation, healing ulcer and preventing its recurrence. The practice has showed that it is tonic but not stagnant, warm but not dry.
