任职教育院校对“4 + 1”学员母校情结的培育

摘要: 部队任职教育院校由于培训时间短,很难使受训学员与培训院校之间建立比较深厚的母校情结。如何培育任职教育院校的母校情结?本文从母校情节的培塑方面入手,并从教员观点出发,从教、学、研、讨等方面层层分析,强化学员对任职教育院校的荣誉感、成就感,培育学员的母校情结。
Abstract: Due to the short training period, it is difficult for the military academies to serve as educational institutions to establish a strong alma mater complex between the trainees and the training institutes. How to nurture an alma mater of an education institution? This article starts from the aspects of maternal altruism, and from the point of view of teachers, analyzes the students’ sense of honor and accomplishment from the aspects of teaching, learning, researching and discussing so as to cultivate students’ alma mater complex.
