摘要: 目的：总结1例急性心肌梗死PCI术后伴有肋软骨骨折患者的个案护理。方法：回顾2016年救治的1例急性心肌梗死PCI术后伴有肋软骨骨折患者的临床资料，总结临床护理方法。结果：本例患者经过2周的精心护理，安全度过危险期，并发症减少，康复出院。结论：对AMI患者实施全面而有针对性的护理措施，积极预防及尽早处理并发症是降低AMI病死率的关键。
Abstract: Objective: To summarize the nursing of 1 patient with fracture of costal cartilage after PCI operation of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: The clinical data of 1 patient with costal cartilage fracture after PCI surgery for PCI in 2016 is reviewed, and then the nursing methods are summarized. Results: After 2-week careful nursing, the patient rides through the dangerous period with decreased complications and finally recovered. Conclusion: The implementation of comprehensive and targeted nursing measures for AMI patients, prevention and treatment of complications as early as possible is the key to reduce the mortality of AMI patients.
