夫西地酸乳膏联合姜黄消痤擦剂诊治痤疮的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Diagnosing Acne with the Combination of Fusidic Acid Cream and Jianghuang Xiaocuo Liniment

摘要: 目的：评价2%夫西地酸乳膏联合姜黄消痤擦剂治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择本院门诊诊治的寻常痤疮293例(其中男性117例、女性176例)，根据治疗方法的不同将患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组100例，采用2%夫西地酸乳膏联合姜黄消痤擦剂治疗；对照组193例，分别单独使用2%夫西地酸软膏治疗及姜黄消痤擦剂治疗。3组患者均连用8周，分别在治疗后2，4，8周末观察疗效并评价安全性。结果：治疗后第8周，治疗组有效率86.7%。对照1组有效率70.5%，对照2组有效率75.7%，三组比较差异有显著性(p < 0.05)。结论：2%夫西地酸乳膏联合姜黄消痤擦剂治疗轻中度寻常痤疮疗效满意。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 2% fusidic acid cream and Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment in treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Methods: Selecting 293 cases (in-cluding 117 cases of male, female 176 cases) that in the clinic diagnosis and treatment of acne vul-garis in our hospital, according to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group; the treatment group of 100 cases, with 2% fusidic acid cream combined with Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment treatment; 193 cases in the control group, using 2% fusidic acid cream and Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment treatment respectively. The patients of 3 groups were treated for 8 weeks; in the treatment of 2, 4, 8 after the weekend, respectively observed the effect and safety evaluation. Results: After eight weeks of treatment, the effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%; control 1 group was 70.5%, the control 2 group was 75.7%, there was significant difference between the three groups (p < 0.05). Conclusion: 2% fusidic acid cream combined with Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment was curative effect in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris.
