高职护生沟通能力影响因素调查与分析

The Investigation and Analysis about Influencing Factors of the Communication Ability in Vocational Nursing Students

摘要: 目的：了解高职护生沟通能力及影响因素。方法：以整群抽样的方法选取上海某高职职业技术学院护理学专业287名护生作为研究对象进行沟通能力测量，分析影响高职护生沟通能力的因素。结果：高职护生沟通能力总分在75.86 ± 14.72。其中，与老师、同学的关系；母亲的职业；技能操作成绩；沟通知识掌握程度；护患沟通的认识；从事护理专业的愿意等因素影响护生的沟通能力，且差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.01或P < 0.05)。结论：应采取针对性干预措施，提高高职护生的沟通能力。

Abstract: Objective: To understand the communication ability and influencing factors of nursing students in vocational colleges. Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional survey of cohorts of total 287 nursing students from Shanghai Vocational and Technical College. Their communication ability was measured and the factors influencing the communication ability were analyzed. Results: The total score of communication ability of vocational nursing students was 75.86 ± 14.72. The relationship between teachers and students, mother’s occupation, skill scores, the degree of communication knowledge, understanding of the communication between nurses and patients, be willing to work in a nursing profession, all these factors have statistically significant (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Conclusion: The pertinent intervention measures should be taken to improve the communication ability of the vocational nursing students.
