压电疲劳试验机结构非线性引发的现象分析
Analysis of the Phenomenon Caused by Nonlinear Structure of Piezoelectric Fatigue Testing Machine
摘要:
压电疲劳试验机在振动过程中存在结构非线性,振动时随着时间的延长会出现共振频率漂移、噪声尖锐、加载试件抖动等问题,严重影响系统加载精度、稳定性以及可靠性。同时会带来系统各部件之间固有频率耦合、碰撞振动、振动试验控制差等问题。本文从压电疲劳试验机系统结构非线性引起的现象入手,分析产生的原因,并给出了一些解决办法,为振动系统工作出现的类似问题提供理论依据和技术参考。
Abstract:
There is a nonlinear structure in the vibration process of the piezoelectric fatigue testing machine. When the vibration is prolonged, the resonance frequency drift, the sharp noise and the jitter of the loading specimen will appear, which seriously affect the system loading accuracy, stability and reliability. At the same time, it will bring about natural frequency coupling, collision and vibration, and poor vibration control. This paper starts with the phenomena caused by the nonlinear structure of the piezoelectric fatigue testing machine, analyzes the causes, and gives some solutions to provide theoretical basis and technical reference for similar problems in the work of vibration system.
