勘查技术与工程专业卓越工程师人才培养模式探索与实践

Training and Practice of Excellent Engineers Educating and Training Program for the Major of Exploration Technology and Engineering

摘要: 根据“卓越工程师教育培养计划”培养目标要求，结合我校勘查技术与工程专业的学科定位和行业特点，本文以面向未来、面向世界、面向油气资源领域的人才需求，培养具有石油勘探开发领域的工程意识、工程素质和工程实践能力的高级工程技术人才为目标，就本校该专业的培养目标和定位、课程体系与教学内容改革、教学方法改革和实践教学改革四个方面进行了探索与改革，研究成果对其它地矿相关工科专业“卓越计划”实施提供一点参考。

Abstract: According to the training target requirement of “Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan”, combining with the location and characteristics about cultivating in Exploration technology and Engineering specialty in Yangtze university, this paper introduced some approaches about training mode reform in order to train special talents of cultivation of enterprise spirit and enterprise ability facing to the future and the oil and gas resources. All the practices have an important role in training enterprise talents. The research results provide a reference for the implementation of “Excellence plan” in other geological engineering majors.
