Investigation and Analysis of Drug Use in Elderly Patients with Medication Overuse Headache

摘要: 目的：本研究通过调查分析药物过度使用性头痛(MOH)患者服用的止痛药物类型，探讨药物依赖的情况、致残程度，以便治疗及预防。方法：选择2014.03~2016.03于福州总医院神经内科和干部科门诊或住院的MOH患者，女65例，男性55例，对照组为偏头痛患者50例，进行一般情况、服药种类调查及MDQ-H、MIDAS评分，并进行对照分析。结果：大多数患者经过医院就诊使用药物，服用复方制剂最多，其次为非甾体类药物。MOH患者与偏头痛患者对照，MDQ-H评分有统计学意义，MIDAS评分无统计学意义。结论：MOH患者与偏头痛患者药物致残率高，MOH患者药物依赖程度高，提示MOH患者的药物治疗须加以控制，预防药物过度滥用。

Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the drug dependence and the degree of disability in patients with drug overuse headache (MOH). Methods: 2014.03~2016.03 Fuzhou general hospital neurology and cadres outpatient or hospitalized patients with MOH, 65 cases were female, 55 were male and 50 cases were of control group patients with migraine, general situation, type of drug investigation and MDQ-H, MIDAS score and the comparative analysis. Result: Most of the patients were treated with drugs; most of them were taken as compound drugs, followed by non steroidal drugs. In comparison with migraine sufferers, the MDQ-H scores were statistically significant and the MIDAS scores were no statistically significant. Conclusion: MOH patients have a high level of disability in patients with migraine, MOH patients with high levels of drug dependence, suggesting that MOH patients should be controlled to prevent drug abuse.
