球铰轴承异响及异常运动原因分析

摘要: 某球铰轴承在进行摆动磨损性能试验过程中发生周期性异响及内圈绕导筒螺旋转动的异常现象。为分析原因,本文采用刚体运动学的分析方法,分别从摆动磨损试验机的多种接触副、试验轴承内圈与导筒的装配间隙、轴承内外圈同轴度三方面对该型轴承的摆动磨损过程进行仿真分析。分析结果表明:球铰试验机自身多种复杂的接触副会引起试验轴承内圈的周向运动;试验轴承内圈与导筒存在装配间隙时,内圈与导筒发生周期性碰撞,从而产生异响,且随着装配间隙的增大,碰撞越明显;轴承内外圈同轴度不良时,轴承内圈会发生周向摆动。
Abstract: Abnormal noise and abnormal motion had occurred during the swinging wear testing process of one type swashplate bearing. To analyze the reason, this paper adopted the analysis method of rigid body kinematics, to carry out the simulation analysis about swinging wear testing process from swinging wear testing machine of contact pair, assemble clearance between bearing inner ring and guide tube, coaxial degree between bearing inner ring and outer ring of the three parties. The analysis results show that the testing machine with a variety of complex contact pair caused the circumferential motion of bearing inner ring. When the assemble clearance exists between the inner ring and guide tube, periodic collision occurs and it may be result in abnormal noise, and with the increase of assemble clearance, collision phenomenon the more obvious. If bearing inner and outer ring disalignment, bearing inner ring circumferential rotation will be arisen.
