The Fusion of Q/SY 1002.1 Standard Requirements with HSE Work of Long-distance Pipeline Construction Project

摘要: 围绕《健康、安全与环境管理体系第1部分：规范》(Q/SY 1002.1—2013)要求，运用“策划–实施–检查–改进”(PDCA)模式，从投标期、准备期、施工期、收尾期4个阶段，研究了长输管道施工项目在不同时期需要开展的HSE(health、safety、environmen)管理工作。

Abstract: Based on the specifications in the first part of the health, safety and environmental management system (Q/SY 1002.1—2013), the mode of “Plan-do-check-action” (PDCA) was used; the HSE management of long-distance pipeline construction projects at different stages was studied from the four stages of bidding period, preparation period, construction period and finishing period.
