Discussion on the Settlement Related Issues of Station Technology

摘要: 竣工结算作为项目经营管理的最终环节，直接决定了施工企业项目建设的盈亏。石油工程项目的结算资料是一项涉及因素广、专业性强与经济相结合较为复杂的工作。以西二线东段的场站建设为例，分析了结算资料编制的现状及存在的问题，简单地总结了石油建设工程站场工艺安装专业结算资料的编制方法。

Abstract: Project completion of settlement as the final link of project management, directly decided the profit and loss of project construction enterprises. The settlement data of petroleum engineering project was a complicated work which involved a wide range of factors and was highly specialized and combined with economy. By taking the eastern part of west second line of terminal construction as an example, the present situation and existing problems of compiling settlement data are analyzed. The compilation method of the professional settlement data of the process installation in the petroleum construction engineering station is briefly summarized.
