头孢唑肟致溶血性贫血1例分析

Analyze One Case with Ceftizoxime Induced Hemolytic Anemia

摘要: 目的：进一步了解并重视头孢唑肟引起的药物不良反应，方法：根据我院发生头孢唑肟引起的溶血性贫血患者1例，并查阅书籍、文献。结果：头孢唑肟引起溶血性贫血病例较少，但病情危重。结论：临床应用头孢唑肟抗感染时，应密切观察患者不良反应，一般不良反应不特殊不良反应同等重视。

Abstract: Objective: In order to further understand and pay attention to the adverse drug reactions induced by ceftizoxime. Methods: One case with hemolytic anemia caused by ceftizoxime in our hospital is analyzed. Result: Few reports were published, and hemolytic anemia caused by ceftizoxime was urgent and dangerous. So, when we use ceftizoxime, we should pay more attention to the adverse reactions.
