“四级体验式”创业实践教学模式构建
Constructing “Four-Level Experience Mode” of Entrepreneurship Practice Teaching
摘要:
创业教育的显著特征是实践性,根据不同类型创业人才的培养目标开展创业实践教学是学术研究和高校实施创业教育的重要工作。“面向全体、分层施教”是创业教育的基本原则,让全体学生参加创业实践没有可行性,需要从培养对象的个性特质、就业目标等方面分层分类开展创业实践教学。基于不同体验层级开展创业实践教学是对学生个性偏好和教育规律的尊重,也是有针对性地培养创业人才的有效举措,对高等教育教学改革和实现创业教育的经济价值、社会价值有重要作用。
Abstract:
The distinct characteristic of entrepreneurship education is practicing attribute. It is an important task for academic research and universities to conduct entrepreneurship practice teaching based on different talents training targets. “Facing all and teaching hierarchically” is a basic principle of entrepreneurship, it is impossible for all the students to establish new businesses, so it is a must to launch entrepreneurship practice training according to different traits and employment objectives. This teaching mode values individuals’ preference and education laws, it is an efficient measure for training talents pointedly, playing a critical part in creating economic value and social value.
