三语习得环境下藏族中学生的英语学习研究——基于一项问卷调查的研究报告
Research on English as L3 Study among Tibetan Middle School Students—Report Based on a Questionnaire
摘要:
本文运用定量研究的方法,以问卷调查的方式,对甘南藏族中学生的英语学习背景情况进行了研究调查。受试对象为甘南藏族地区一藏族中学32名以藏语为主、32名以汉语为主的学生,通过问卷了解了他们的英语学习背景、学习动机和学习策略等,发现藏族地区学生的英语学习背景不同于汉族地区的学生,他们的学习动机和学习策略都有待提高,同时从问卷数据分析中看出藏族地区学生学习语言的优劣势,由此提出适合藏族地区学生的英语学习方法以便提高他们的英语学习效率,希冀对他们未来英语学习提供些建议、对当地英语教学提供指导性意见。
Abstract:
Based on a quantitative study by a questionnaire, this research investigated on 64 Tibetan students’ English as a third language study. These students are all Tibetan middle school students from Gannan Middle School of which 32 are Tibetan-oriented and 32 are Chinese-oriented. By virtue of a questionnaire, this paper wants to explore these students’ English language background, learning motivation, learning strategies and so on, which shows that those aspects have to be improved in the future. At the same time, Tibetan students have their advantages and disadvantages in English learning. This paper also tries to provide some teaching advice so as to apply suitable English teaching methods and to improve English learning efficiency of Tibetan students.
