微信–流程图在手术室护理教学中的作用

摘要: 目的:将微信媒体与流程图化教学结合,改善教学效果。方法:用思维导图将手术护理工作和教学内容制作成流程图和微信媒体并建微信教学群。2017年至2018年在手术室护理实习本科护生105人,随机分成研究组(n = 50)和对照组(n = 55),前者接受微信–流程化手术护理教学,后者接受传统方式带教,为期4周。结果:研究组手术护理理论、技术操作成绩、解决问题能力和学生对带教满意度都显著高于对照组(p < 0.01),而操作缺陷的发生显著低于对照组(p < 0.01)。结论:微信–流程化教学是带教和学习的新方法,改善了教学效果。
Abstract: Objective: To combine WeChat media with flow chart to improve teaching effectiveness in operative room nursing. Methods: The mind map was used to make the surgical nursing work and teaching content into flow charts and WeChat media. The WeChat teaching group was build. From 2017 to 2018, 105 undergraduate nursing students in the operating room were randomly divided into a study group (n = 50) and a control group (n = 55). The control group received traditional teaching methods of operative nursing and in addition, study group also received Wechat-flow chart process for a period of 4 weeks. Results: The achievement of nursing theory, skill, problem solving ability and student’s satisfaction with teaching was significantly higher in study group than in control group (p < 0.01). The occurrence of operational defect was significantly lower in study group than in control group (p < 0.01). Conclusion: Wechat-process teaching is a new method of teaching and learning, which improves teaching effectiveness.
