长输管道施工项目目标成本管理研究

摘要: 成本控制是长输管道建设过程中关注的重要问题之一。从目标成本概述、目标成本的制定、目标成本的控制、目标成本管理措施等几方面阐述了长输管道项目如何开展目标成本管理。
Abstract: Cost control was one of the important issues in the long-distance pipeline construction. This paper expatiates how to carry out the target cost management of long-distance pipeline project from the aspects of target cost overview, target cost control, of target cost management and countermeasures.
