摘要: 随着油气管道非开挖业务和综合地下管廊业务的飞速发展，尤其是小断面盾构工程越来越多，工程管理现代化和系统化越来越受到重视。监控系统建立后在整个场区内形成统一协调的动态视频指挥中心。数字化、信息化安防监控将提升工程自动化管理水平，使整个工地的施工过程管理更加科学和高效。

Abstract: With the rapid development of oil and gas pipeline excavation-free business and integrated un-derground pipelines, especially the more and more increase of small cross section shield projects, more and more attention was paid on the modernization and the systematization of project management. After the establishment of the monitoring system, a unified and coordinated dynamic video command center is formed in the whole field. The monitoring system with digitalization and informatization can promote the management level of engineering automation and make the construction process management of the whole site more scientific and efficient.
