摘要: 为持续提升长输管道工程建设投资管理水平，增进工作业务，完善管理措施，促进企业健康发展，进一步做好管道建设项目投资管理工作，针对中石油行业内长输管道建设项目招投标、投资过程管理、工程结算等相关工作提出合理化建议。
Abstract: To continue to improve the level of project investment management of long-distance pipeline construction, promote work business, improve management measures to promote the healthy development of enterprises, to further improve the new pipeline construction project investment management, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the bidding, investment process management and project settlement of long-distance pipeline construction projects in Petro China.
