Promoting the Construction of Financial Shared Service Center by Transforming the Accounting Function of Oil Pipeline Company under New Situation

摘要: 建设一个良好的财务信息化平台是搭建财务共享服务中心架构的基础技术支撑和先决条件，各类系统的充分应用和有效融合是建设财务共享服务中心的关键环节。从石油管道公司信息化历程入手，结合财务管理现状及新形势下对会计职能提出的要求，分析建设财务共享服务中心的必要性，并提出建设财务共享服务中心的策略和措施。

Abstract: Building a good financial information platform was the basic technology support and the prere-quisite for building a financial sharing service center architecture. The full application and effec-tive integration of all kinds of systems are the key link in the construction of financial sharing service center. Starting with the information process of the company, combined with the current situation of financial management and the requirements of accounting function under the new situation, this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the financial sharing service center, and puts forward the strategies and measures for the construction of the financial sharing service center.
