摘要: PDCA (plan do check action)循环法在石油管道项目管理中的应用可提高项目管理水平,推动项目管理科学化、规范化。在经营管理活动的控制中,可运用PDCA循环法将管理过程分为计划、执行、检查、处理4个阶段,以确保各环节活动的顺利进行,提高项目的效益,保证企业的可持续发展。
Abstract: The application of PDCA (plan do check action) cycle method in pipeline project management could improve the level of project management and promote the scientification and standardiza-tion of project management. In the control of operation and management activities, the PDCA cycle method can be used to divide the management process into four stages: planning, execution, inspection and processing, so as to ensure the smooth progress of all links, improve the efficiency of projects, and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.
