国有石油企业工资总额管理的路径探析

摘要:
工资总额管理是国有企业人力资源管理的核心之一,直接关系到每名员工的切身利益。目前,国有石油企业由于业务性质不同,若按同一方式核定工资总额,势必会造成企业内部各单位之间的不公平以及国有企业与非国有企业之间的不公平。为此,从工资总额的实施原则、管理方式、工资总额核定方法等方面进行了综合研究,推进了国有石油企业工资总额分配制度的改革,为企业后续发展奠定坚实基础。
Abstract:
Gross wage management was one of the cores of human resources management in state-owned enterprises; it was directly related to the vital interests of each employee. However, due to the different natures of their businesses, the total amount of wages approved by SOEs in the same way would inevitably result in inequality among state-owned enterprises and inequality between state-owned and non-state-owned enterprises. This article has carried on the comprehensive research from the aspects of the implementation principle of wage amount, the management way, the method of checking the gross wages and so on. It promotes the reform of total wage distribution system for state-owned oil enterprises and lays a solid foundation for their subsequent development.
