摘要: 根据石油管道施工企业财务共享管理模式，通过走访调研、数据抽样分析等方式，剖析企业在资金支付和费用报销各环节存在的问题，并提出解决措施，以缩短费用报销和资金支付周期，提升财务管理效率。

Abstract: Based on the mode of financial sharing in oil pipeline construction enterprises, by visiting re-search, data sampling and analysis, etc., the problems existed in the payment of funds and reim-bursement of expenses in the enterprises were analyzed and measures for solving them were proposed. It can shorten the interval of reimbursement of expenses and improve the efficiency of finance management.
