水网地区长输管道施工作业带超宽成因及处理——以西二线广州–南宁支干线管道施工项目为例

摘要:
大口径管道在江南水网地区施工时,地表下多为淤泥或烂泥,地基承载力极差,开挖管沟常因塌方、清淤等作业,造成管沟沟底宽度加大,且清淤作业需多台设备同时施工,造成作业带超宽。对水网地区作业带超宽成因进行了分析,并对其处理方式进行了研究,为后续江南水网地区作业带宽度设计及施工提供了借鉴。
Abstract:
In the construction of large diameter pipelines in Jiangnan water network area, the ground sur-face was mostly silt or mud; the bearing capacity of the foundation was very poor. The excavation pipe ditch often caused by the collapse and dredging and so on, induced the width of the bottom of the ditch, and the dredging operation needed to be constructed at the same time, by which an ultra wide operation belt was produced. In this paper, the cause of super-wide operation belt in water network area is analyzed, and its treatment mode is studied, which provides a reference for the design and construction of wide operation belt in Jiangnan water network area.
