提高石油天然气长输管道清管器定位效率的研究
Study on Improving the Pig Positioning Efficiency of Long-distance Oil and Gas Pipelines
摘要:
结合石油天然气长输管道项目实际情况与工作经验,运用QC (quality control)小组活动的方式对374个清管测径段落进行跟踪分析,并对其中51个清管器被卡的段落进行了详细研究。通过对管道压力的变化、空气压缩机真实排气量的测算,以及对清管器的漏气量等参数进行分析和计算后,制定了提高被卡主清管器定位效率的措施,为石油天然气长输管道项目的预投产施工作业奠定坚实的基础。
Abstract:
In combination with the practical situation and work experience of the project, 374 pigging and caliper sections were tracked and analyzed by using QC (quality control) group activities, and sections in which 51 pigs stuck were studied in detail. Based on the analysis and calculation of the pipeline pressure, the calculation of the actual air discharge of the air compressor and the air leakage rate of the pig, the measures to improve the locating efficiency of the main pipe pig are established; it lays a solid foundation for pre-production construction of long-distance oil and gas pipeline project.
