河南土壤中的三种镰刀菌
Three Species of Fusarium Isolated from Soil in Henan Province

摘要: 从河南省不同地区的小麦地中,采集土样32份。采用稀释平板法处理土壤样品,单孢分离法分离纯化目的菌株,分离获得了三个镰刀菌属菌株,鉴定分别是木贼镰刀菌,富士镰刀菌和腐皮镰刀菌,对此三个物种进行了详尽的描述,活菌种保存于河南农业大学植物病理学标本室(HSAUP)。
Abstract: A total of 32 soil samples were collected from wheat fields in different areas of Henan Province. Dilution plate method and single spore purification were used to deal with the soil samples. We obtained three species of Fusarium, which were Fusarium equiseti, Fusarium fujikuroi and Fusarium solani based on morphology. They are described and illustrated in detail. The living cultures are deposited in the Herbarium of Henan Agricultural University: Plant Pathology (HNAUP).
